“This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. I will shake all nations, and what is desired by all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the Lord Almighty. ‘The silver is mine and the gold is mine,’ declares the Lord Almighty. ‘The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,’ says the Lord Almighty. ‘And in this place I will grant peace,’ declares the Lord Almighty.” (New International Version, Hag. 2:6-9)
Once again, as God has promised, he has shaken the land and what He desires has come forth! Namely, the convicted souls of those who seek to be baptized into God’s unshakeable kingdom of light! God continues to shake the religious world to its foundations as His people take his Word, the truth, to the masses. He tells us in Matthew 11 that “forceful men lay hold of it”. Many try, but only those who will seek God with their whole heart will attain entry into His kingdom.
His kingdom needs ambassadors! “And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.” – 2 Corinthians 5:19-20
Campus, singles, married…God calls all of us to help men and women around the world to be reconciled to him through the gospel of Christ!
Family, let’s charge into this week with a heart full of fire to forcefully advance God’s kingdom, bringing glory to God!
